Our mission is to provide service dogs to those who would benefit from partnering with them.

 

We use a multi-step application process to allow us to learn more about your needs and for you to learn more about our organization and our dogs. On average, this process takes 3 to 6 months to complete.    

 

If you would like to apply for a Brigadoon service dog, please submit the following eligibility screening questionnaire using the links below. Please note that this is the first step in our application process. This form is not the written application. Your questionnaire will be reviewed within 10-14 business days.

If you are deemed eligible, you will be provided with a more detailed written application to fill out. You will also receive additional forms for your healthcare providers to complete to supplement your application. Your application is not considered complete until we have received:

• Your written application

• All supplemental documentation

• A $50 nonrefundable fee (This fee is waived for veterans)

While we sincerely wish that we could help every qualified applicant and we aim to expand the number of clients we serve, please be aware that we receive far more inquiries and applications than we have dogs to place. Not all applicants who meet the eligibility requirements will be selected to move forward in our process or accepted as clients.
