WHO WE SERVE

We train multiple types of service dogs at Brigadoon

**Please understand that because we have a very small staff, we are not able to respond to individual eligibility inquiries outside of this process by email, mail, or phone.

Dogs For Veterans

We provide service dogs to veterans and wounded warriors with physical, neurological, psychiatric, or behavioral disabilities. We train our dogs to help with PTSD, Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), anxiety, and much more.

Dogs For Children

Service Dogs can assist children with mobility, psychiatric issues, autism, anxiety, and depression.  They can be trained to help with dressing and undressing, calming and comforting and help increase the daily quality of life of a child.

Dogs For Adults

Service dogs are specially trained to assist individuals by performing specific tasks.  They help mitigate the physical, sensory, psychiatric, intellectual, or mental disabilities.

Facility Dogs

Facility dogs are highly trained dogs that are partnered with a facilitator working in a health care, visitation, or education setting.  Facilitators are working professionals responsible for handling and care for the facility dog.
