Released Dog Application

We give our released dogs a new lease on life. Oftentimes, our released dogs just have one quality that excludes it from our service dog program (too timid, too people-oriented, etc.) and they would thrive in a loving forever home.

If you are interested in adding a new canine to your family, please fill out the application below. We release our dogs only in Washington State. Please note that we also keep your application on file for one year. You will need to re-apply each year if you wish to remain on our list.

Be aware any dog adopted from BSD must be part of the family and sleep in the house. You are expected to feed the dog a high quality dog food.

If for whatever reason, you cannot keep the dog, you must contact BSD to offer first right of refusal. If you find someone you want to give the dog to, BSD must approve of the home the dog is going to.
